Create and share project reports

Project reports turn monitoring and activity data into a fixed snapshot for a selected period. Project Members can view reports, Developers and Administrators can generate them, and Administrators can manage public sharing and deletion.

Create a report

1. Open a project and select Reports.
2. Select Create report.
3. Enter a report name and, optionally, a summary.
4. Choose a period preset or a custom date range.
5. Select the sections to include.
6. Generate the report.

Available periods include the previous week, month, or quarter; the last 7 or 30 days; and a custom range. Custom ranges cannot extend into the future and can cover at most 366 days. Date boundaries use your account timezone.

You can include Overview, Uptime, Response Time, SSL, Domain Health, and Project Activity. Project Activity combines project logs and maintenance events for the selected period.

The completed report is an immutable snapshot. Later monitoring results or activity do not rewrite it. Generate a new report when you need refreshed data.

Successful generation is limited to five reports per minute for each user and project, and 50 reports per user per day. Failed attempts do not consume these successful-generation limits.

Print or save a PDF

Open a report and select Print / Save as PDF. Use your browser's print dialog to print it or save a PDF copy.

Share a report

Only project Administrators can enable public sharing:

1. Open the report.
2. Enable its public share link.
3. Copy the generated link and send it to the intended recipients.

Anyone with the link can view the shared report without signing in, so treat it as sensitive. Disabling sharing invalidates the current link immediately. Enabling sharing again creates a new link. Deleting the report also invalidates its share link.
