Projects & Logs
Manage your projects
Browse and organize projects
Open Projects from the main navigation. You can:
- Search by project name or URL.
- Switch between the table and card layouts. DeployMonitor remembers your layout choice for the session.
- Sort the table by name, URL, monitor status, or certificate status.
- Open a project by selecting its name.
- Review monitor, certificate, and member summaries without opening the project.
The list contains projects you own and shared projects where you have an accepted membership.
Edit a project
Project Admins can select Edit from a project's actions menu or open the project and use Options > Edit Project.
You can change the name, public URL, description, or avatar. Avatars must be JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WebP images no larger than 2 MB.
Changing the project URL also changes its monitor URL. The new address must be a public HTTP or HTTPS URL and cannot already be monitored by another project.
Leave a shared project
Members and Developers can select Leave for a shared project. Leaving removes their access but keeps existing project content, including logs they created.
Project owners cannot leave their own project. A non-owner Admin must first arrange for another Admin to manage the project and have their role changed before they can leave.
Delete a project
Project Admins can select Delete from the project list or Options > Delete Project on the overview.
Deleting a project removes it from DeployMonitor along with its monitor, member access, alert settings, and project API tokens. Its project logs are no longer available. This action cannot be undone in the app.
Read the confirmation carefully, then select Delete project only when you intend to remove the complete project workspace.
For shared access, see Invite and manage project members.
