Update your profile, timezone, and appearance

Update your profile

Open Settings > Profile. You can change:

• Name, which is shown to other project members and on logs attributed to you.
• Email, which is used for login, verification, invitations, password resets, and enabled email alerts.
• Timezone, which controls how project-log and monitoring dates are displayed.
• Avatar, which appears in account and project-member interfaces.

Avatar files must be JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WebP images no larger than 2 MB. Uploading another avatar replaces the previous image.

Select Save after making changes.

Verify a changed email address

Changing your email address marks the new address as unverified. DeployMonitor restricts access to the dashboard, projects, logs, and other verified-only pages until you follow the verification link sent to the new address.

If needed, return to Settings > Profile and select the link to resend the verification email.

Choose a timezone

Use the searchable Timezone list to choose your location. Each option includes its current UTC offset.

The selected timezone affects displayed occurrence times, monitor-check times, certificate dates, and other account-facing dates. It does not change timestamps supplied to the API, which continue to use standard date/time values.

Change the appearance

Open Settings > Appearance and choose:

• Light for a light color scheme.
• Dark for a dark color scheme.
• System to follow your device preference.

The appearance change takes effect immediately.
